¿Cómo doblar tu camisa?

La forma más común para doblar una camisa es:
Pon la camisa boca abajo y toma una revista de tamaño regular o una hoja tamaño carta/officio. Sitúala unos dos centímetros bajo el cuello de la camisa y bien centrado en la espalda.
Toma primero las mangas, estíralas hacia dentro y luego dóblalas hacia afuera, quedando ambas paralelas.
Luego de eso, dobla la camisa desde la parte de abajo, hasta que quede del tamaño de la hoja una revista.

Para reducir la fricción, guarda las camisas bien dobladas en bolsas plásticas, puede ser la misma donde venía la camisa al comprarla o cualquier bolsa..
